Why does Implifie exist? The Future of Sales & Customer Engagement
Before starting my solo founder journey, I was working in the B2B SaaS industry selling software that shaped sales and marketing automation. From reaching the right audience to help them adopt automation for their sales process to helping my organization build technical products and ease customer pain.
While talking with thousands of customers on demo calls, pitch calls and closing sales, I figured out that businesses run on various parameters. Parameters like trust, pricing, products, marketing, support, quality of services, research, process of doing things and more.
My target audience always highlighted that the biggest issue they face is the way they reach out to their target audience, the way follow up and closing takes place, and how to improve the customer experience while keeping the essence of the sales alive.
Tech gives everyone flexibility and power to make anything 10x bigger and stronger with their existing processes. Thus, to empower salespeople, founders and small businesses, I decided to start working on a sales engagement platform called Implifie, keeping the essence of sales in the center and tech around it.
